AIQ Ecommerce updates for August 21st, 2022

Our newest release will begin rolling out the week of August 21st, 2022.

BLAZE is a seed-to-sale and POS software that integrates with both METRC and BioTrack. The Dispense integration with BLAZE is equipped with an entire suite of dispensary software tools to enable your dispensary employees to increase sales, manage inventory, run promotions, and ensure your business is working at maximum efficiency while optimizing the customer experience.

Alpine IQ offers a full suite of tools to protect, segment, promote, and sync consumer experiences both in-store and online. The Alpine product lineup includes many components that work seamlessly on top of cannabis-specific 3rd parties to power loyalty systems, mobile apps, text messaging, point of sale, marketing automation, referral programs, store review automation, in-store screens, and more. Through the Dispense integration, customers can view and redeem rewards while placing an order for a seamless checkout experience.

The Dispense integration with Aeropay allows dispensaries to accept contactless payments in-store, through online pickup, and by cashless delivery. With no hardware needed or apps to download, customers simply scan a QR code, link to their bank and pay. Grow online orders with "buy online, pick up in-store" shopping, increase customer satisfaction, and drive traffic to your dispensary's door.

Custom POS inventory mapping

Want to map "Rick Simpson Oil" from your POS to "Concentrates" in Dispense? Now you can! Users can customize specific categories from a POS map to the Dispense ones. Whenever you would like to add or change your categories, simply go to the new POS tab in store settings and set your mappings! Once you activate custom mapping, it will remove all of the hardcoded mapping for your location.

New categories

Introducing TWO new categories: beverages and merchandise. To take advantage of these new categories, set up your custom mapping. If you are using custom category icons, make sure to upload your image for these categories before mapping them over.

Delivery updates

Dispense used to flag all orders to Onfleet to skip SMS messages by default. We have changed this behavior so customers will begin to receive the automated messages set up within your Onfleet account. For help on setting up new or removing the default settings, visit Onfleet's help docs.

Flowhub status updates

When orders are sold or cancelled within Flowhub, we will also update the order in Dispense to either "closed" or "cancelled." These status updates are completed every 10 minutes.

LeafLogix pricing tiers

Dispense now supports LeafLogix's pricing tiers. Configure your tiers in the backend of LeafLogix, apply them to any cannabis product in stock, and let Dispense do the rest to display them on your menu in multiple weights/prices.

Bug Fixes

• When a delivery order was marked as failed, the status remained as Out for Delivery. We have fixed this webhook so failed deliveries will be cancelled within Dispense.

• When downloading a CSV, users were met with a 100 line limit. We have corrected this issue for all CSV exports.

• Metadata was missing on the category and brand pages. We have corrected this.

• Previously when users tried to perform an action they didn't have the correct permissions for, they would be logged out of Dispense. We will now display an error instead.

• Some users reported that the SEO menu store dropdown was out of order. This has been fixed.

• Corrected an issue where Dispense wasn't pulling descriptions for Alleaves customers when syncing was enabled.

• Weedmaps - Users reported an issue with inventory not being unpublished when inventory ran out. Users also reported an issue where order statues weren't being updated in Weedmaps. Both of these issues have been resolved.
