AIQ Ecommerce updates for October 2nd, 2022

Our newest release, which is a continuation of Garden Green, will begin rolling out the week of October 2nd, 2022.

Dispense now supports Flowhub Maui! When you are ready to make the switch from Flowhub Classic, reach out to our customer success team to assist you in removing all previous inventory and enabling the Maui integration through our integrations page.

Dispense's integration with Leafly allows you to seamlessly publish your live Dispense menu to Leafly. Any edits made to your menu will appear in Leafly in real time. Leafly is the a trusted destination to discover cannabis products and order them from legal, licensed retailers. More than 100 million people visit Leafly each year to learn more about cannabis and order online from local businesses.

Loyalty updates

When checking out, all customer fields in check out are required before the customer is able to signup. This has been enabled to ensure we are able to send our loyalty partners a full profile upon signup.

Custom header

Using HTML, create a custom header that aligns with your brand and matches your main site's header.

Delivery fee enhancements

Dispense now allows you to create custom fees or taxes by delivery zone, instead of using a predefined field for delivery fees. Now you can set a name for these fees/taxes, how much to charge, and whether or not these are taxable.

Bug Fixes

• Users reported that customer category names were not displayed when selecting the category. This has been corrected and Dispense will use defined names in 'Product' settings

Status Page: Check out real-time and historical data of the Dispense App anytime on our status page. If you ever experience an issue, this is the place to go. Be sure to subscribe to have updates automatically sent to you and your team in real time.

Updates Page: Visit our new updates page to stay up to date on new and existing updates. Dispense also collects user feedback on this page. This will continue to allow us to build our app by dispensaries, for dispensaries.
